Napelle Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident trying Napelle. You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to try Napelle.
If you’re not satisfied, contact us at info@fmsgroupnj.com within the 60-day window and we’ll help with next steps.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:

Your request must be made within 60 days of delivery

You must provide your order number and the email used at checkout

The item must be returned (unless we tell you otherwise as part of support)
Return shipping

If the return is due to a defect, damaged item, or our error, we’ll make it right.

For other returns, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility (we’ll confirm in your return instructions).

Refund timing
Once your return is received and reviewed, refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank/card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges / replacements
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
Order changes / cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after we confirm it, check your bank/card account first, then contact your payment provider
